Where do I find a "Canon Service Centre"?

I have an old Canon compact digital which has a well known fault and apparently I can get it repaired for free. It says contact my nearest Canon Service Centre.

I worked in a Panasonic Service Centre, but the attached retail outlet sold Sony, etc - the repair staff were Pana-trained.
