I buy from them sometimes, mostly for small items, but have never bought via the net from them, they have been around for a long time in Glasgow and have a couple of shops, never heard anyone complaining about them more than a passing quibble on the price they charge for some things.

Gotta pipe up here, my boss used them a few months ago, and needed to return some cooling fans, they basically *refused* to answer any correspondance....be warned. If you have ordered the wrong thing, its your problem.

Priceless are box-shifters of the highest order. The reason people don't get an answer to any questions is because no-one there knows anything except the prices [sometimes]

If you look hard enough you'll find better quality product elsewhere for cheaper, even if you have to factor in delivery charges.

I placed an order with them today for some blank dvd-r. Even with their £7.50 postage charge, they are still significantly cheaper than any other online retailer I have found. I will keep you updated on their customer service...

Just hope you never have to return anything to them - a friend of mine also ran a computer shop in Glasgow and had many wonderful stories to tell about Priceless. Not saying anymore in case its taken as slander
