AV amp advice

Just ordered the Mission FS2 AV speakers, and now looking to buy an amp that will compliment them.I don't need an amp with too much power as I think the speakers only handle 70 wpc.My price range is ideally under £300.00.
I have a few ideas such as the Marantz SR4200, or the Yamaha RXV420, what do you think, cheers for the help.

Go for the marantz sr 5200 it can be found for £330 or the marantz sr6200 which is 355 from qed, yamaha 620 is around 350 at alot of places, best bet is go and have a listen to em

Having a listen is good advice. If you're not bothered about 7.1 sound then I think the Marantz 4200 is a good buy - can be had for £250 or so. The 4200 has Dolby Prologic II, which might be a consideration (don't think the Yamaha has...)
