This'll probably be the first 'offer' they've ever had!! Prices in there are usually uninspiring at best.

Just what I was thinking. Hardly any bargains to be had, even their misshapes cost an arm and a leg... and why the obsession with Snapple?

Slippy floors too :)

those of you that have picked some up - how big is the box?? Wouldnt mind picking some of these up from East midlands tomorrow, however i need to know if they will fit in the panniers on my Bike (one for each of the two would be perfect!!)

That was the excuse/plan...

Anyhow, it was chucking it down way too hard over the weekend to get there on the bike, so i didnt make it :( The nearest to me is Derby, and since the forecast is crap, i can't see me making it there before the rain stops (i.e. Friday!).

Such a shame, however many thanks to the OP for the salivations all over the weekend!!

Paul

P.s. the misses is soon to give birth to our second, and to be honest it's probably a good idea i didnt make it - she has a craving for chocolate anyhow (moreso than normal!!)

Is it that good a bargain? £1 for 900g, surely you'd get that for £1.50-£2 in the shops (maybe during a special offer). I can't believe it'd really be £10 a kilo normally!

chrisjm

Thanks for the heads up Arma UK. Picked up 4 boxes from M6 jn 28 last night. They only has a few boxes left, however apparently they have another 150+ arriving next week...

The guy was explaining - they had been told that these were excess eggs for the little easter bars that are usually produced, each with an egg on top. As i said to him - sounds like someone put an extra "0" on the end when they ordered... oops!!

Sounds like these might be about for a while though...

Thanks for the heads up OP - might end up going back for more in the next week or so!!

Oh right - I just assumed they were meant to be for Woolworths pick & mix or something, and for obvious reasons the order couldn't be finalised. No actual evidence to support that theory - just a guess.

Stopped in the Bridgend outlet earlier, and whilst I didnt see any mini eggs on offer they did have mini creme eggs. It was £12 for a 6kg box or £2 for 100 (bogof on bags of 50).

I'm feeling a little ill as I type this although melting a few of them over ice cream was pretty nice!
