DVD Import taking the MICK!

had ordered a dvd on the 2nd of feb 2002, to this date says pending, have emailed them 4 times now on 'service@dvdimport.com' and 'info@dvdimport.com' and have no reply what so ever!! whats their problem?

so now im gona spam them with 1 email once a day until they reply and give me a refund!!!

never gonna use these jokers again!!!:mad:

i might have to even phone them, cos i think thats the only way im gona get through to them:mad:

If you did a search you would see what rep dvdimport had.

Count yourself lucky you've only been waiting 16 days. I've waited 25 days before getting something shipped from them. Then had to wait 20 more days for it to get to me. I've even heard of people who have waited longer.

Spamming is not the answer - phoning them usually brings you results so give that a shot first!

hehe, well, i dont know how but i got a reply from them after i emailed b4, they are gona send the dvd out 2day, :)
