Right, well, I got my new projector at the weekend and I'm now looking at the cables (I've got nearly 200 quids worth of cables etc in my Lectropaks shopping cart at the moment:eek: ), one of the things I'm looking at ordering is the RGB - S-Video convertor that they sell, but I was wondering if the picture quality once the signal had been through this would be worse than just using the direct composite signal, anyone have any experience of these convertors?
Also, how about the TV - VGA convertors, would these provide a good picture to the projector (Panasonic PTAE 100) as I've heard that it handles VGA very well, or are the convertors a bit ropey?
I will be using these convertors/cables for the signal from my Tivo (and Sky Digital), my DVD player and X-Box will just be using direct component connections.
