Do they ever ship any of their offers??. Purchased a Leatherman Core from their 'Deal of the Day' on the 18th, still waiting for to be shipped despite it showing as paid the same day, I've emailed their CS team several days ago and received no response whatsoever.
Hope so as I just went for one of these :suspect:

That looks sweet! Wish I could find an excuse to get one...

To be honset a few peeps have had problems with these guys, (see the watch offer from last month), I'm not to sure how much commission Colin gets from them but its not doing anything for the sites reputation giving so much publicity to a suspect company.
If we stopped allowing promotion of companies that people have experienced bad service with, we'd have no-one left to promote.
This area is for listing bargains and offers that we're legally able to promote. There is a suppliers forum to discuss supplier issues and it's a case that the buyer should do their own research when buying as far as is possible.
I'm open to suggestions on the best ways to handle this, but financially, if the site starts restricting who can and can't be promoted then we don't have a long term future. You'd be surprised at the amount of abuse we receive regarding our blocking of certain companies for legal reasons (which more often than not stem from customer service compaints) so if we started blocking companies that we are able to promote I doubt we'd have any space left in our inboxes within a week.
Colin, agreed, I forgot we had a supplier forum.
But I have to say I'm not the only person experiencing their diabolical Customer Service (including multiple posts in their own products forum)
I've only ever made one purchase off these guys, for some Phillips Headphones, and although not the quickest delivery, no complaints.
We'll more tightly integrate the forum retailer ratings with the bargain forum - that way we'll be able to include a rating (as provided by members) for each store that we list alongside all bargain threads. How does that sound?
Not sure on timescales, but I think it could be good functionality and we'll also tie in voucher listings at the same time.
Interestingly, given all the bad press iBOOD have received here, not one person has placed any sort of rating against them:

I bought them as well as a Harmony remote and they were fine, albeit a bit slow to delivery. I'm not the urgent type and are patient to wait a few more days.
As Colin says, we are just a medium for reporting bargains - the member has the informed choice as to whether to use them or not, nobody is twisting your arm. I have seen plenty of posts from people saying they will not shop at CD-Wow, Play and Amazon so should we knock them on the head as well?

I agree - slow delivery is ok, esp when you're getting a good price, but the lack of comms either on their forum or via email is the worst thing. I ordered an iron (!) on the 7th April and still haven't had it....I have escalated to a paypal claim but they are not even responding to that... I for one will never purchase from them again. I also made the incorrect assumption that these guys were ok as the daily offer appeared every day in the forums...more fool me!

rectified. A generous 1/10 from me
Ironically, 10mins after moaning about it on here and a day after posting on their customer forum I get a 'Your IBood order is on its way' email - coincidence?????
Only 9days after placing my order.
Like others I wasn't in any rush for it but the complete lack of comms\progress inbetween does not instill confidence
Time to post retailer feedback methinks

Lol, some of us are old enough to remember life before the internet, "allow 28 days for delivery" really did mean that.

Don't have an issue waiting, its just a bit annoying when they state they will dispatch "within 1-7days of placing your order" only to send it out 9days later after a prod o(r two) and no comms to me at all.
