Terrible BBC announcers

There is this one BBC ident announcer who is really ******* me off.

This is the only youtube clip I could find, it's from a couple of years back and he's gotten progressively worse.

He's got this smug nasal twang that he uses to empathise some words. It's the most awful noise and makes me want to vomit. The man should be fired post haste. The worst thing is that one of the female announcers clearly thinks it sounds good and has started doing the same thing.

He's on all the time, there's nothing wrong with him.
If you want terrible just switch over to BBC Three and that dreadful ladette woman who does the majority of their annoucements. She referred to herself as a 'northern monkey' last night! :oh-hum:

Oh he's bad... you listen out for it and all you'll hear is his unruly twanging. I can't understand why they employed some one with such a voice. You'd pick some one with some silky smooth, mellifluous cadence. Or something.

There used to be a travel reporter that Talksport used....he sounded like he had a lisp whilst being incredibly bunged up! I recall Alan Brazil laughing and making some comment about it, the bunged up lisper has not been heard on Talksport since!
