Not really answering your question, but at school there was a boy in my form that worked at a butchers for his work experience. He was cleaning one day and saw the mincer, and decided he wanted to know what the blades would feel like. So he switched it on and put his hand in... He now has a thumb, three stumps and half a little finger on his right hand (he was right handed).

He also tried to gain sympathy by running round the classrooms putting his hand in your face... he was later suspended for disrupting lessons.

I doubt he fully understood the concept of thinking, but I guess the moral of the story is that when you do find your mincer, avoid any thoughts along the lines of "Those blades are pretty, I wonder what they feel like"...
