Watford Electronics?

Has anyone used this company before. I`ve been trying for 4 days to get them to answer a simple email about an order with no reply.

I`d be interested in good or bad feedback, as they came highly recommended by forum members.

I've used them a couple a times before, and had no problems. I've never sent them an email enquiring about anything though, so I can't comment on that.

They're awful and have a bad rep - try the uk.comp.vendors newsgroup for confirmation!

They even hived off their warehouse sales bit into a seperate company so they could palm off complaining customers with the "sorry, it's nothing to do with us we're a seperate company" line. I remember the shop in Luton always having a few people in there complaining about crap kit they'd been flogged. Now they get short shrift, which is what all their customers get. Avoid WatFraud!

I found they take a long time to get back to you if you send an e-mail and then they are of little help. Much prefer dealing with dab's.

i used to order from them on afairly regular basis but haven't for a while.

Last couple of orders came very badly packed.


Mind you they are just down the road from me (30 minutes drive) so i still use them in emergencies just not for mail order.

Finally got through to customer services via another help line.
Not very impressed at all with their service so far, but I`ve decided not to cancell the order with them. Seems like good quality stuff at excellent prices.
