Criterion Sid and Nancy

I have been offered a copy of this disc but without the insert with the chapter names on.
Does anyone know what sort of insert it was either just a bit of paper or card with just the chapter names or is it one of those folding out things that has an essay about the film on? Cheers.

All Criterion discs contain at least a leaflet with a printed essay.

Thanks Michael. I read that this morning and thought it may have come from the disc inlay but its good to have it confirmed:)
