Does anyone know if a student version of 3d max r3 exists, I have been looking here there and everywhere with no luck.

I already have a "cough" trial version, but it does not include all of the textures and tut0rials, so I am looking to buy a student version.

Anyone know a company that sells it?

Don't know the answer to your question as we run Soildworks here. Anyway if it's any help we get a magazine called MCAD and it has a fair few companies listed that sell 3DStudio. If you want I can send you the mag and do what you want with it.

I've already looked at that site Drpepper, couldn't find much, I've emailed them to ask about it.

Alanok: Thankyou for the offer of sending me the MCAD magazine, but I've already looked in there as we also get it where I work. No luck though with anywhere selling a student version, I know you can get R2.5 as a student version, but really need R3.
