PC world were doing cheap PC card and USB wireless kit, only in the shops though. My local one had loads of stock when I got mine a few weeks ago.
Don't forget to upgrade all the drivers though.

I also got a cheap wireless hub from ebuyer, Netgear one for about £130. The description said it only supported 40-bit WEP encryption but there is an upgrade at the netgear site to full strength encryption.
