Hi all,
I'm sure you've been asked before but after looking on the internet for the last three hours I'm really none to wiser to what the best DVD player is I can get for that money. All I want is one that will play all region disks as I have loads of American and UK ones, and will play dual layer disks. I currently have the old pioneer 360 (I think it's pioneer, I'm at work and it's at home!) and the laser appears to have gone on it, so looking to upgrade.

WOW! A player that plays dual layer discs!!! Where can I get one of these??!!

Seriously though, consider the Sony 700. Very good player for around £300. I've got one and very pleased with it.

Cant go wrong with Pioneer DV-545 IMHO. Superb all round performance for around the £275 mark with region free and macro diabled.

Get the pioneer dv-545, I love mine:D Justin will sort you out with one here (http://www.thedvdforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33495) for £260 delivered I think:)
