I've been trying to email them using the online form but keep getting:


Your message WAS NOT sent!

Either the email you entered is invalid OR was entered incorrectly. Click the back button on your browser to try again!


Anyone got any ideas?

Anyone got any ideas? No but their CS is EDITED. You could call them or try emailing by copying teh address from the form/using an email they have sent you.

Thanks guys.

I've just emailed them on the support@absound.ca id.

It is about an item which is currently out of stock so I can't reply to an email from them (as they haven't emailed me).

I'ver still had nothing back from their support people.

Yes, you could be waiting sometime for a response.

They are not the best when it comes to customer service.

Yep, and I hope its not about a lost/missing disc as when they do respond (and that could take a couple of weeks and a few more e-mails) you'll be told to wait 12weeks before they'll look into it!

Sorry, what I meant was is anyone else getting the following message when they try ABSound's online email facility:

My email is not invalid and I have tried my yahoo email id as well, with the same result.

Grrrrrrrrrr !!!!!!
