Where can I get a new phone (without a contract!)

I want a newer phone! e.g an 8210
but don't want a new contract, or pay extortionate PAYG prices.

I have 121 chip at the mo, but could get a phone unlocked if need be.

Are there any good suppliers, or secondhand dealers on the web (or in Birmingham ;) )

I got my phone from The Carphone Warehouse. I found that getting a phone without contract was the same price everywhere.
