28" TV and Home Cinema choices - HELP!!

Hi all,

Could anyone recommend a 28" Widescreen TV in my budget of around £500 that has very good picture quality? Not worried about sound quality as i'll be linking it to either the Sony DAV-S500 or Pioneer NS-DV55 (which one i ask you?).

My parents have got the Sony KV28LS35 and picture is superb via Sky Digital and particularly dvd.
