Faulty Chicken Run DVD Disc

Hi

I have a Faulty Chicken Run DVD Disc Region 2, the disc used to play no problems on either my stand alone DVD player or PC.

But today I have tried it in both machines nothing they recongise it as a DVD but then hang on Play with no picture or sound.

The disc is now just over a year old is there anyway to return it to manufacturer to have it replaced as there is no sign of any damage to the disc and like all my discs it is always stored in its box when not in use.

Strange similarity here, had my disc over a year, no scratches, watched once when bought, then on shelf the rest of the year, tried to play it couple of months back, no drive or player will now reconise or play the disc.
