I recently ordered a DVD from ********* and I haven't recieved a e-mail confirmation of my order.
I was just woundering if this is normal practice or if this means my order hasn't been processed.
You normally get an email confirmation of the order having been placed. Maybe you should get in touch with Craig (craig@*********.com) with your details to see if he can trace the order?

Yep please send me a mail advising me of the order and i shall check to see if its come through okay.
Also now shipping Jay & Silent Bob, Soul Sourvivors & Evil Dead LTD if this info is of use as it is a supplier issue.

I still come and take alook every now and then, alot of these forum members send me a mail if someone needs any ********* help so i come when called. We are located somewhere else for the time being with another DVD company as a companion, place you use to buy from actually...

Interesting thing about the Evil Dead packaging..
Take the discs out first, place the PACKAGING!! in fridge for 20mins take it out and its suppose to feel like actual dead flesh... (try this at your own risk) :D

I doubt anything man made could ever really feel like dead flesh. Believe me, in my time as a Nurse I've seen and had to handle plenty of dead people. Not something I wish to have recreated when dealing with a DVD.
In case you're reading this Craig I've sent you a couple of emails regarding a missing order but haven't received a reply. Many thanks.

Craig - I suggest you look at the facts before making wild accusations. Commercial advertising is against the T&C's if you are not a site sponsor and is detrimental to ALL the forum sponsors who pay to advertise here, not just a 'certain one'.

Sorry, but I have to step in here. Craig, you know full well that you are not 'banned' and are free to post anything that doesn't constitute commercial advertising. No other site sponsors were involved in my email to you this morning - in fact I haven't even had contact with any other site sponsors in the last few days!
Can we keep this to e-mail. As you full well, posting 'grievances' on the forum looks totally unprofessional - especially when the allegations you make are entirely unfounded and frankly untrue.

/me translated the email for him explaining that basically because he is no longer the site sponsor, he is not allowed to post follow ups to any sales queries relating to ********* or else the posts will be closed/deleted. BUT normal posts are fine :)
I think Craig took it as any post from him will be closed/deleted :)
People have to remember that Craig is getting quite old and is a drummer (and played in a rock band) so he isn't quite all there ;)
/me runs away from Craig - those drummers always have muscular arms - all the better for headlocking cheeky young'uns with :D
