Dead Ringers is out of print, but various online stores still have stock.
Have you checked out www.criterionco.com & www.criteriondvd.com for info on discs?

Yep couldn't agree more, I was one of the ones who had the Criterion In The Mood For Love on preorder with Boxoffice for £13 but hey they wouldn't honour it so Ringos get my money :D
I've taken a gamble and gone for sets of 2s from DVD Planet where almost all the Crits are up for $26. P&P works out to be $8 so a total of $50 = £42. I have been warned re customs but I figure of I get caught I will have still opnly paid a little over what you quoted above (or indeed pretty much the same) plus there is always the chance they wil slip through
www.play247.com have 10 titles to choose from.
www.dvdboxoffice.com have 63 titles to choose from.
www.amazon.com have a very good selection of new and some oop hard to get 2nd hand ones.
Try not to get to carried away.

www.dc-dvd.com have 140 Criterion titles listed including some that have been deleted. Prices vary between £21.75 and £26.75 for the majority but some i.e. Armageddon 2 disc is : £34.75.
I've used these peeps several times before for harder to get titles and never had a problem. Huge range of discs but sadly not the best prices.
Hope this is of help.
Billy :)

Hehe :D mmm quite hard not to really, went on Amazon last night and got Dead Ringers & Unbearable Lightness Of Being using a $10 coupon for £41 shipped. ;)
I had a look on Amazon myself after posting my reply and bought Brazil and I now have my eye on a few more titles.
I'm not sure if I should thank you or not, I guess I'll have to wait to see what my wife says when they start arriving before I make my mind up.

You're all getting addicted...:D
You think you can control it, you think you can quit at any time, but those spine numbers will keep calling...& you'll crawl back to them...
13? Soon it'll be 20, then 30...

Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00003CX9D/qid=1013800520/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/102-6689615-4152928) have Chasing Amy as a new release of 26th February. Anyone know the score? Or just new stock?
I saw someone was trying to sell 59 Criterions as a bulk purchase on the forums and week or so ago it got me thinking how much I wish I could have afforded to buy them (he had some real corkers).
If it wasn't for the fact I had just spent £1600 on a new TV I may have done something very foolish.
Number 14 is on the way and that's enough for now - or is it ?.
