watch this company I ordered something from them 2-4 days delivery two weeks later I get an email from someone who ordered from them saying they got my email address from the receipt enclosed in the parcel, which was my receipt with all my credit card details on, so this company has sent my credit card details to a complete stranger first and largest mistake, seconcly after some further emailing with these people find out they placed there order a week after mine, thirdly now three weeks and I still do not have my order and it has gone through on my credit card, lastly they are not answering there phone or emails I cannot get in contact with them, the people I emailed called the day it happened and they did speak to someone but that is the last they have heard a week later, so avoid this company like the plague and any suggestions as to who I can report them to they will be greatly appreciated

to make things worse, I eventually got a call from them, saying they would refund my money as they no longer had any in stock of my order. I said what happened to my package he said what had happened was that my order had gone to the person with my details but they were not admitting to having it and they had no proof that they did, ( my thoughts were if they were that devious would they not have even bothered to contact me). I asked him how he sent his parcels and got thew reply recorded delivery so I ask if he can find out who signed for my parcel so I know definately who has my credit card details he says he will let me know, this would be proof of who had it so we will know. What we hadn't told him is that we know the people (he is my brother in law) who got my receipt that is why I was no overly concerned and I know they haven't had my order and he has said I can have part of his order as we had ordered three of the same thing each. PLease beware of this company they are dangerous

In my experience they havent exactly been dangerous and I wouldn't really call them a company either, more like a one man band. But they are useful when trying to obtain hard to find items (Eg. LOTR - One Ring) but always be prepared for bad customer service - they will only call and dispatch items when they want to.. :(

well they haven't got any of them that it what I wanted, and if they are a one man band why does the guy instst on saying that his warehouse people must have made a mistake and why would he need a week to check out what happened if it was only him, I think yes dangerous, if they are slack enough to send my credti card details to someone else and then tell loads of lies about the whole situation as mentioned earlier then i think they should be avoided and possibly reported (anyone know of where they could be reported to?)

coolsmithuk: did you get the cheque for the cheque toys. I have mailed you many times but have had no reply. If you no longer have the toys just ket me know.
