bought mine from WH Smiths - fully sealed copy, and that didn't have one either.
I took it back on my way home from work and the assistant (nice girl) looked through a couple more for me - and none of them had index cards in.
I could understand it if they were printed on the back of the cover, but that is blank also.
P.S. and welcome to the forums !!
I hope that this isn't a new trend.
Stargate: Director's Cut (R2) also didn't have any index card.

Though the pyramid Stargate box did have it printed on one side.

so what did you do with the real Darkmiss
none at work (Blockbuster) had any inserts:confused:
thought this is a good place as any to ask, but way the frag didn't they try to make the spine gel with the other two movies? looks like Universal where ******** with CT for making good DVD's?

My copy (also from HMV) didn't have one either. I was not happy when I opened it to find only a disc inside.
The R1 version has a decent foldout booklet with tasty information. Typical Universal! I can (sort of) understand them not making booklets for their cheapo releases - e.g. Fletch - but a big release like Jurassic Park III ought to have some effort made.
I'm tempted to take it back for a refund and buy the R1 version from Play...
The region 1 version of it has the insert in.
Can someone scan and post there R1 insert so that we can print it off? Thanks!

The case also seemed rather tacky i.e. not an 'Amaray' case. Was the same for 'Fast and Furious' too.
P.S. I'm such a moaner!:D

Got my copy yesterday, tacky SCANDIDO or something similar case and also no insert, although the cover artwork is printed on heavy cardboard as opposed to the normal paper.
My disk also presents a black grid/array on screen at around 1hour 6minutes into the film so it's definately going back.

Yea i got this, (I am a massive JP fan so I thought I better get this) not bad nothing too special, you also get a certificate (wow I hear you all cry) there was no booklet just some postcard type film storyboards.
I liked it anyway.
