I have a second player in my bedroom, a Grundig 210a, rigged to a 28" 4:3 Toshiba (the one HCC raved about - can't remember the model). Yesterday, it began to develop an on and off 'wobble' - the edges of the picture in particular move rapidly up and down.
This problem comes and goes, and exists on both R1 and R2. I tried the discs in question on my 737 - no problem. I tried the 737 through my Tosh - no problem. Which seems to mean that the player is at fault.
Does anyone have any idea what it might be? Is it fixable, or am I better off binning the Grundig and getting a Tosh 210 instead?
