On John Lewis (http://www.thedvdforums.com/affiliatelink.php?localaffiliateid=57) it went from £762 to £999
probably due to exchange rate woes (eg. i've noticed that pc component prices are on the increase)
Comet (http://www.thedvdforums.com/affiliatelink.php?localaffiliateid=37) were doing the 32" samsung for £297 -

Sony did release a statement around November time that they were going to increase their TVs prices at the beginning of 2009 by an average of £100. Probably in anticipation of exchange rates and to boost xmas sales

I got my 32V4000 for £321 from Marks & Spencer last month.
It was free delivery and installation and a 5 year warranty.
Still got this on hold at JL but not made it in. Reserved at 349.
