Twin Peaks: Firewalk With Me

So I thought come Feb 26th I was going to own one of my very favourite movies on DVD (courtesy of New Line)... News of a French release (maybe with the deleted scenes!!) has halted me for a while, though, as - no matter how much I like a film - I'm not the type of person to own loads of different versions (if I can help it). Guess I'll wait till I see the final specs for this French release. What's anyone else doing?

In fact I'm also gonna' wait for the potential R2 TP season 1 release if it's gonna' include the pilot episode as well as all the R1 extras. Then perhaps by the end of the year, assuming Season 2 has been released, I will be able to indulge in my annual TP marathon. "WOWBOBWOW"

I'm not in any hurry, and I'll happily wait for the French version - it's a French film, after all, and the French aren't exactly renowned for doing crap discs!

Probably old news now but i noticed there is a 2 disc R3 DTS release of 'Fire Walk With Me' due out on 25th February which includes a documentary concerning Twin Peaks and has the 'Pretty As A Picture' documentary about David Lynch as well.

Thanks Keyser Soze that is interesting. It's just a rumour though, which needs to be remembered. Still you never know a new R1 DVD could be on the cards.

Good to see it's recent news, taking into account the USA date format (which I missed at first).

p.s - I'd still be interested to hear if the Korean DVD is still available?
