Setting up a local Fifa league with stats / tables hosted online?

I want to set up a Fifa league at work but want the actual league table / results entry all to be done online ala the Fifa and PES leagues that are run on here.

Is there anything on the web that will let me do this for free?

If not, has anyone got any suggestions at all please?
