Wish I hadn't bothered! It works fine, but it's too big to stay in my ear! There's not arm to hold it in place, so I have to hold it to my ear! Sorta defeats the object....!

I know what you mean, its to big for my ear as well and too quiet.

There is an arm though to allow it to hang off your ear. Might be worth rechecking your packaging!
