Sky in Cairo?

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question.
If my brother bought and regestered a sky viewing card and digibox over here, would he be able to take it home to Cairo and watch all the normal stuff. I know sky have coverage over there but he just aint able to sign up. What problems are possible, maybe the phone line thing?

Well if you have a UK address and bank a/c then you sort out the sub there-except don't install anything-get that done out in Egypt!( and don't tell Sky you will be watching in Egypt,ie: pretend you are staying in Britain )
You will probably need a dish the size of a lorry tyre as a lot of the Sky digital footprints,particularilly those used by BBC and ITV are tightly focused on the UK and ROI.
