Had a couple of days off sick lately and have been watching my old copies of The Day Today and Brass Eye, and consequently urinating myself with laughter.
Anyone know if the works of the genius Chris Morris Himself will ever be seen on DVD? My videos will be worn out by the end of the year and I'd love some commentaries/documentaries.
It would be great if he did a spoof making-of doc as a special feature, plenty of self-aggrandisement to parody there, i reckon.

would love this on dvd, too. will always look back fondly on the fur-q sketch. absolutely fantastic.
The first Series of Brasseye will never get a video (VHS/DVD) release unless all the original parties (Edmonds, Harris, Manning etc.) sign one! Morris stated as much before it first screened. Although it's possible that the Brasseye Special may get released as this was made more recently.
The Day Today may well get a DVD release tho'
Write to the beeb regarding The Day Today!! Enough requests and they may listen. I too love those videos, and spent many an hour fooling my parents with them. Bwaahaahaaa!
"Peter! You've lost the news!"

I read on the message boards on Cookd and Bombd that all of Brass Eye would be getting a DVD release this year (even the BES).
So, wabznasm, where did you hear about Jam?

Excellent stuff, but there's no news there. Can you quote me what was sent to you?
