Experiences with Technoworld

Has anyone got any positive/negative experiences of dealing with an on-line company called Technoworld?

I've not heard of them before though they have a Which? Web trader logo (if that means anything) but can any website put one of those up?

I know them, or better I purchased from them a monitor, which I had to return twice, because their supplier delivered 2nd hand monitors. Did have problems getting through to them, had to wait on hold for ages, but their prices are really good. Got all my money back in the end, after they advised me that the replacement monitor might take weeks to get to me.
