I am a fan of foreign films, particularly french, spanish and south american cinema.

Can anyone point me to some decent sites in english covering foreign films.

It depends what you're after. I find the Movie Review Query Engine (http://www.mrqe.com) to be quite useful if I know the name of a fillm and want to see reviews of it.
