Should I buy Rumble in the Bronx ??

I've got it on VHS and love the film. DDDHouse have now got it in stock (I think the UK version is cut by 40+ seconds).

BUT, the DDDhouse version doesn't include English subs, but it does include the dub :(

I'm just trying to decide if it's worth a shot or not. Anyone else thinking about it?

Weirdly, when I saw this at the pics, the bottle-smashing scene in the alley was way longer than every version I've seen since. Is that the big cut? If it's the same track as the uk release, then the dub job works okay, I feel, what with the setting of the film, which I feel should be called Rumble not in the Bronx, but in a Weird Suburb surrounded by Mountains and Trees.
