My Lecson dvd[ read cr@p] has packed up,and a refund is on the way.What do you suggest i look at to replace it.Not to bothered about fancy features that will not get used.Good video display is paramount as is musicality (sp).The ability to read cdr's is required also. If it's silver (not nessesary,but will keep the dragon of my back :nuts: )that would be a bonus.Price-under £400.
I can get a silver Toshiba SD 210 for £150, which i'll probabally purchase.Can Macrovision be disabled easily on this model??

If audio replay quality is a must, then something like a Marantz or a Denon.
