Possible broken WII - Advice needed

Freezes during games, and sometimes the startup screens.

Just stops and makes a funny buzzing noise.

Anyone else had this ? - if it is broken where is the best place to get it repaired please ?

Bought Xmas 2006.

Buzzing sounds like it may be the dvd drive giving up but not sure, may be though.
