View Full Version : My T-Mobile is offline

Has anyone been able to get into My T-Mobile of late? I’ve been unable to access the site since before Christmas, with a message saying the site is offline due to technical problems and to check back in an hour or so. They sent me a SMS in the week saying my bill was available to view online now, but I still cannot log in. I tried to send them an email enquiring when that would be back online, but that too failed due to technical difficulties.

Is everyone experiencing the same problem? Anyone have any idea when its likely to be resolved?

What is odd is that I can now log in to mine, but my GF cannot lot in to her account....I have emailed them the question as to why, but dont anticipate a reply any time soon...

Did this sort itself? I ask as i'm not having problems logging on and have been since yesterday morning. During this time I have ported an old number over to T-Mobile and I hope this isn't stopping it from working.

Thats exactly what it was in the end. They rang me and said the account was pointing to the wrong number. They changed the number (from the old to the new number) and it instantly fixed it.
Give them a call (150) and they'll sort it for you straight away :thumbs:
