Mary Poppins R2 dvd questions...

I'm hoping somebody can help me out here...

On the Mary Poppins Region 2 dvd has it got a picture on the dvd or is it a double sided one.

Also as it's out of print now,will disney do anything about a faulty one.?

The region 2 is a 'flipper' whilst the region 1 is a single sided disc, with a picture on one side of the disc and loads more extras.

This is the only film that I ever bought in two different regions, one was a present (honest). Is it me orr does Julie Andrews look a bit saucy in this film!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
