PC WORLD very very poor service

I ordered a printer on the 4th Jan - My money was debited on the 6th and the printer still has not arrived. I have made at least four phone calls and sent several emails - none have been returned.

if you paid by credit card, and it's over 100 quid, then contact the card company. they'll be able to refund your money so you can go to a decent supplier.
