They debited my card late December for the twin peaks box set.
It has apparently gone missing in the post.
I faxed the appropriate form for lost mail (that was about 10 days ago)
been e-mailing them but one replies.
Any one know whats going on with them.

Well, my Lord of the Rings animated has gone astray :(
I had to return the disc on the 27th of December 2001 as there was a fault, and I still haven't received a replacement despite numerous e-mails :(
yeah ive sent numerous regarding my ap2 going missing, other stuff ordered recently hasnt shown up yet either.

Ian just checked on this - you just sent us the disc back no letter inside or anything so we had no idea who/what/where it was from or what is wrong with the disc.

BUGGER ME! I put the letter inside the actual DVD case.....DAMN sorry about that.
