Noise in The Fifth Element / The patriot

I got a noise in the center channel in the following to movies,

The Fifth Element, where Milla stand in in front of the Police Car, under the escape. The Noise comes when the officer says
"She has no file"

I have tryed 3 diffent Fifth Element all region 1, two with AC-3 and the last one is SuperBit DTS version. In 3 diffent Home Theaters. All with noice.

The other movie is The patriot in cap. 2 in the city hall where Mel Gibson says "Battlefield" I have tryed 2 movies reg. 1 with two home theaters with same result.

Can anyone comfirm / explane that this to me?

Also all versions of The Fifth Element that I've tried (German 2Disc SE, R2 and R1 Superbit) have al got an echo in the rears when Corban is in his appartment... starting from the scene with the Take Away barge and the fortune cookie...

I noticed that echo and because I was messing with the DSPs at the time, I thought that was the culprit.. :eek:
