Disney DVDs

I know that Disney release some DVDs (and videos too I think) for a certain amount of time, then take them off sale for a few years, but does anyone know which ones are being 'put in the vault' next, and when will this be?
I want to get them for my girlfriend but will spoil the surprise if I ask her…
