Forgive me if I'm being naive, is that a mickey take? I've never tried newsgroups tbh so wouldn't know where to start if that's a proper answer... Just for the record, my wife is involved in palliative care & wants to see this from a learning POV, nothing goulish...sorry if you were genuinely trying to help...just not up on this kind of thing...

Y'see! I wish I knew teh interwebs better! Just registering for skyplayer now AlanB & we have sky being installed on Sat too. Can understand why it may have come across as morbid too Lorne T but tbh, my Mrs spends her working hours with a lot of people who are doing EVERYTHING possible to hang onto their lives & spend as much time as poss with their loved ones / families & others who like this unfortunate gent' who felt that he course of action he took was the best for him & his loved ones...all knowledge goes into the pot to be used to help people in different situations at in the final days n hours of their lives...I couldn't do the job for all the money in the World but hope & pray I've someone like her near me when the time comes...

Sounds like an interesting show. Might have watched it had it been on terrestrial. Surprised this is the first thread on it or the issues it raises.

Sky Anytime had recorded this along with the camera diary docu about the heroin addict who also dies at the end. Skimmed through both and they really got me in the Christmas mood :(
