DVD Crave DHL Shipping

Hi all

No-one ever checks the offical threat so if its ok by the mods im gonna ask here

When an order is placed by DHL is it normally shipped within 24 hours?

and

Do they send you an order confirmation with the delivery number and stuff, so i can track it?

Can't say about the 24hr shipping, though I do believe it is quicker. But you do get a tracking number sent to you, or at least a friend who uses that option always has!

I always use DHL with dvdcrave. Living in South Africa, the postal service sucks. If crave ship on Monday, I'll get the discs on Thursday or friday (DHL always have problems finding where I live!)

But at least with tracking, I can call them up when the parcel is in the country and tell them what depot actually delivers to my house.

Just received confirmation of order being shipped today by DHL coming over to Hull via Leeds I'll let you know when it arrives. I'm hoping before Saturday as I'm off work.

I ordered some stuff from Crave before Chriatmas via the DHL Shipping Option.

Stuff was posted well within the 24 hours, then i received an e-mail from Crave and DHL to confirm this along with a tracking number and url link to track the package.

Goods arrived 4 days later - Australia to Scotland. Tracked the thing all the way, over the 4 days. Could even get SMS Text Updates on the current location of my package.

Bloody marvellous stuff. :D
