View Full Version : [dvd] The Dark Knight £9.99 instore Morrisons
As title.
Does anyone know if other supermarkets are undercutting this price?
I want the SD dvd as it's the only presentation preserving the IMAX footage in it's full ratio as an extra (that is right, isn't it)?
£9.78 in HMV if you spend £10 or more.

Don't know if the Blu-Ray has it, but yes the second DVD disc has the Imax footage at 1.44:1 within a 16:9 frame (black bars down sides). It's worth noting that not all of the footage is on here preserved like this, just the 6 main scenes. There are random establishing shots and the bit with:
the Joker's escape in police cars, Batman discovering Harvey's coin, Alfred reading the letter...
... is not among the Imax scenes included.
