Sopranos DVD - final episode cut for UK?

Just re-watching The Sopranos and I was wondering if the last episode has been cut for the UK DVD release? I could be wrong and its just one of those things, but when Phil Leotardo meets his maker in an unfortunate way, I thought it was much more graphic when I saw the US TV episode.

Can anyone confirm, or is it just a case of me thinking it was much more brutal first time round and basically making stuff up?!

I don't think it would have been, from what I remember the final part with the car cut away at the last second.
