thinking up to a max of £30 but still want good value for money. My player has died and I'm trying to decide between the ipod classic, the ipod touch, the cowon A3 and the cowon O2.
In the meantime, I still need a player though - to give me a few months to decide what to get as a good player!
Any recommendations? I suppose it needs 2 to 4gb of space. Doesn't need videos obviously, just audio to keep me going.
cheers
ETA: Needs to be compatible with Vista 64 too!

Just a bump but might just order something uber cheap and nasty tonight to keep me going.

Thanks chaps, will have a look at the sandisk.
Zen is no good unfortunately because creative software and driver don't properly support vista. There is apparantly a firmware update but you have to use a pc with XP to do it, and more than a few folk reporting that their playeer died (my is a Zen as well - and it has come back to life for the moment but even if it lives on, I can't get anything new on it because I have vista so I'll probably retire it. ).
