My Microsoft Optical Wheelmouse decided to die on me last night (normal, 2 button + wheel optical mouse, no fancy extra buttons). It keeps turning on/off irregulalry, and I don't know if I can be arsed to get it fixed (that is, if it can be fixed).

Any road up, where's a good online retailer for the same mouse, or possible a Logitech one? I just need optical, 2 buttons (3 with wheel) and a wheel. A nice sleek design is always a bonus.

hi mate

if the mouse is under 3 years old (or is it 5 for the normal MS opticals, like it is for the explorers?) give MS a ring, the chances are you wil be on the phone about 10 minutes and they will send you a new mouse (and give you a freepost address to send the old one back to).

They are great atreplacing dead optical mice :)

I bought an optical mouse from Tescos on Saturday for £12.99. Not sure if it's cheap or not but it does the job grandly.

Never heard of the company before DEXXA??? still it does what it says on the box.:D
