Help £700 To Spend On Tv

Hi, i have £700 to spend on a 32" widecreen tv (must be flatscreen), i dont know what to choose from Tosh, philips, sony etc. I dont care about the sound but i want the best possible picture for my money. Is the Philips 32PW6006C INC CABINET any good, any help will be gratefully recieved.

Well I've just brought a 32" Tosh (32Z13B) for just under £700 from <a href ="http://www.qed-uk.com/?i=ytEnY0OC6oS1&bg=169&bp=z13s&v=8" target="blank">QED-UK</a>. Delivery was free, and only took a few days from making my order.

I'm 100% happy with this TV and would seriously suggest you consider it.
