Resident Evil image - zombie looking over shoulder

Can anyone help me find this image please? I think it was used in artwork for one of the games but was also part of a cut-scene - you came across a zombie on his knees eating a guy on the floor, then he looked over his shoulder at you.

Pretty sure it was the very first zombie encounter in resident evil 1, just after you go through the mansion dining hall - "what...what IS this?" :lol: Sorry, can't be of any help getting a pic though.
