Has anyone upgraded a vodafone bought from Mobileshop

My mum has just put her phone through the wash :eek: Its now in the airing cupboard hoping that it will work after it dries up. I think its due for an upgrade anyway but MobileShop (where the phone was bought) says they don't do vodafone upgrades and to contact the network supplier. I've tried Cellular Operations website (www.mymobiles.co.uk) but its dead. http://www.cellops.com is a company info site only and their telephone line is shut on sunday.

Has anyone bought a vodafone monthly contract phone from Mobileshop (supplied thru Cellular Ops) and upgraded after a year? and how much did the upgrade/handset cost?

i bought a phone on vodaphone from mobileshop over a year ago and i upgraded in december i think. i had sent an email to mymobiles about upgrading and they rang me back probably desperate to sell me something. i got a sony z7 for £50.

cheers lip_13, sounds quite a good deal. I give em a call tomorrow. The 'washed' phone is definitely dead.
