Some are, but don't rely on it.

mmmm bought the 700 model last week for £25 and found it good - might take it back and change for this though as i certainly didnt see it there at the time.

I bought this from PC world about a year ago.

The keyboard and mouse are excellent. I can touch type and have no issues with this keyboard. It's nice and clicky not spongy.
